Who We Are
The Purpose
UCE M.E.R.C.I. Foundation Inc. was founded by two sisters who were single mothers recovering from extented periods of homelessness, and their cousin who‘s life was suffocating and dissatisfying after striving to attain her Master’s in Curriculum Development, and serving the public school district in a Missouri city for several years.
Now, wisdom gathered in the experiences from the plight have been developed into the masterful Gifted Alliance of Natural Giants Generation-2000 or G.A.N.G.G2k Imitiave that will not only encourage, inspire, and empower young people to rise above their circumstances and behave rationally in chaotic situations; but also expose the household in full to opportunities and comprehensive/developmental programs that will enable all around success!

Our team is made up of dedicated professionals who are passionate about our mission. We come from diverse backgrounds and bring a wide range of skills and expertise to our work. Together, we are committed to making a difference in our community.
Our Impact
Since our founding in 2019, UCE M.E.R.C.I. has helped hundreds of individuals and families from Kansas City, Missouri to Waterloo, Iowa. From providing emergency assistance to helping people find stable housing, we are proud of the impact we have made. But there is still much work to be done, and we are committed to continuing our efforts.
Gifted Alliance of Natural Giants Generation- 2000 aka G.A.N.G. G2k Initiative is an interactive curriculum with family and community engagement components that after piloting through a contract with the 1st District Juvenile Courts of Iowa as a diver program has proven to foster growth mindsets and cultivate a sense of responsibility for community, not only for the youths who were referred through law enforcement, but for their families as well.
